Ta put things simply, she's a Sand Village nin from Sunagakure, but don' let her appearance fool you. She's not exactly human...And no, I don' mean she's a Jinchuuriki.

Though only fifteen-years-old, Kyone is a desert gobi wolf demon, who had been captured & forced into rebirth as a human baby, giving her the name Kyone Gakure.

Her name before her rebirth had been Sebakushen, which means Desert Soul/Spirit.
